Rising Star Behavior Services: ABA Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our care team at Rising Star Behavior Services. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of our Clinical Director
  • Provide ABA therapy in client homes using a tailored curriculum
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with families to provide support and guidance
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
