Hilo Driver

Mastronardi Produce Limited is seeking a skilled Hilo Driver to join our team at our Laredo Distribution Center. As a Hilo Driver, you will be responsible for moving product within the warehouse and trailers using a forklift, handling and maintaining the flow of inventory, and operating a bar-code scanner.

• Product Movement: Safely operate a forklift to move product within the warehouse and trailers, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Inventory Management: Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, and inventory departments.
• Equipment Operation: Operate a bar-code scanner and other equipment as needed to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Quality Control: Report any product quality issues immediately to the supervisor and ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
• Team Collaboration: Assist in general clean-up of the warehouse throughout the day and report any safety risks or concerns to the supervisor.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Forklift License required and related work experience.
• Physical Demands: Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and able to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

• Work Environment: Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment with a 24/7 operation.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, twist, stack, bend, squat, reach, and step up and down throughout the day.
