Job Summary

The Residential Cleaning Specialist is a customer-focused team player responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of apartment units and common areas within the community. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
  • Clean and maintain apartment unit models and vacancies
  • Clean and maintain all other public access restrooms and common areas
  • Assist with monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Report time and attendance
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Develop a sense of community among residents and staff
  • Maintain a positive community environment for both residents and associates

Work Environment

The work environment is a fast-paced, dynamic community with a moderate noise level. The Residential Cleaning Specialist will be required to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and will be regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; stand; sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
