Position Overview:

The Technical Application Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Delivering technical assistance for CRM and proprietary inventory management systems

  • Conducting system maintenance to ensure peak performance

  • Engaging in testing processes
  • Assessing user needs and converting them into technical specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in technical application support and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture and database management
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
  • Familiarity with enterprise application platforms is advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial

Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
