PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at a manufacturing company in Fletcher. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing entire products or components, performing various tasks for specific production processes, and conducting quality inspections on products and parts. Your duties will include cleaning, packaging, and inspection of products, preparing finished products for shipment, organizing parts, and stamping out inlays and pocket clips. You will also be required to meet weekly quotas without compromising quality and maintain a clean and orderly work area. To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge of basic math, measuring, and hand tools, familiarity with assembly tools and equipment, and the ability to work self-directed. You will also need to have good dexterity and attention to detail, as well as effective communication and teamwork skills. In return, you will enjoy a climate-controlled environment, high employee engagement, and excellent growth opportunities. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.
