- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
- Lead Clinical Initiatives: Assist in the development and evaluation of our Relationship-Based Care model, suggesting improvements and participating in data collection to drive quality outcomes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Efforts: Contribute to initiatives addressing Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators (NSQI), helping us maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility through Compact state agreements is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- One year of nursing experience and solid knowledge of clinical skills are essential.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
- Maintenance of 10 contact hours of education every two years is required.
