Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer/Principal Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production Engineering and Operations (PE&O) organization. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to engineering teams on design concepts to ensure optimal manufacturing techniques
* Participate in tool design reviews to ensure feasibility and reduce build times and costs
* Define sequence of operations for product builds
* Investigate and initiate corrective actions and improvements for non-conforming products

Requirements
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM field and relevant experience
* Proficiency in CAD software such as NX, Catia, and/or related computer-aided design programs
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Active DOD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe

Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
* Experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
* Manufacturing work instructions or instruction authoring experience
