Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Customized Beauty Consultations: Identify clients' beauty aspirations and suggest products that enhance their appearance and confidence.
- Exhibit Product Application Skills: Demonstrate your proficiency in makeup artistry and skincare regimens.
- Stay Informed on Beauty Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and new offerings at Sephora.
- Provide Outstanding Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers.
- Engage in Sales and Promotional Activities: Participate in dynamic sales events and promotions.
- BOPIS and Client Assistance: Ensure excellent service for clients picking up their orders.
- Maintain Store Presentation: Contribute to a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store.
- Previous relevant experience, ideally in retail.
- Enthusiasm for client service and beauty.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and the capacity to respond to situations promptly.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and dependable attendance.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$19.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered is influenced by various factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.
Sephora offers a Flex (on-demand) position for employees who can work between 0-19 hours a week, allowing you to balance your work commitments with other responsibilities. This role could serve as a pathway to a more permanent position if desired.
