Job Summary

Rimrock is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, including polishing hard floors and shampooing carpets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, scrub, apply sealer and polish, and burnish floors in all facilities. Strip and refinish waxed floors as needed.
  • Stairwell Maintenance: Clean and scrub stairwells and landings as needed. Apply sealer annually.
  • Carpets and Upholstery: Shampoo carpets on a monthly basis or as frequently as needed. Remove stains on carpet as soon as possible after occurrence.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other floor care tasks as requested by the Facilities Director or administration.
