Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • 2+ years of experience in emergency nursing.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Cerner experience preferred.
