Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL delivery driver to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting food and beverages to our customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver food and beverages to customers.
  • Ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and timely manner, following all Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the tractor trailer and trailer to ensure they meet company safety standards.
  • Report any safety issues or repairs required to the maintenance team.
  • Follow all company safe driving guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
  • 12+ months commercial driving experience
  • Valid CDL A
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
  • Pass road test
  • Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Foodservice or beverage delivery experience
  • Onboard computer and electronic log system experience (i.e. PeopleNet)
  • Hand-held point of delivery scanning system experience (i.e. POD)
  • Customer service related work experience
