Flag Football Coach

i9 Sports - Manatee & Sarasota, FL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flag Football Official/Instructor to join our team. As a critical role on our sports fields, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and acting as an on-field coach. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each game day.

• Enforce i9 Sports rules books to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
• Keep time and score during games, manage instruction and competition levels
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
