We are seeking a highly skilled Refresh Support Specialist to join our team at ALTA IT Services. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our network services organization by addressing day-to-day refresh requirements, configuring network devices, creating change requests, and updating tickets.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Address day-to-day refresh requirements with the team to ensure efficient service delivery">
  • Configure network devices to meet the needs of our organization">
  • Create change requests for refresh maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion">
  • Update tickets and perform tasks with SLA's to ensure efficient service delivery">
  • Perform requirements gathering for refresh maintenance tasks to identify needs and opportunities">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of three years' experience in network refresh support. You must have expertise in ServiceNow and Change Management Processes, as well as familiarity with Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst switches, and APC UPS management. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of communication technologies (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. Spanning Tree, MPLS, Wireless BGP, OSPF), and access control models and network security.
