Job Title: NICU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team at Insight Global. As a NICU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates, including respiratory support, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and support for families, including breastfeeding assistance and infant care guidance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in neonatal care.
Requirements:
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN License.
  • BLS Certification.
  • NRP Certification.
  • STABLE Certification.
  • 1 year of work experience working in a NICU.
