Job Summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
  • Prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory.
  • Complete associated paperwork and clean equipment and facility daily.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Make correct change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Requirements:
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' X 1.5'.
  • Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and sit for paperwork.
Working Conditions:
  • Standing most tasks are performed from a standing position.
  • Walking surfaces include ceramic tile or brick with linoleum in some food process areas.
  • Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48 inches.
  • Lifting bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by team members using hand trucks.
