Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a great experience for our customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle various sales transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment by adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with adherence to attendance policy.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
