Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU

Providence Saint Peter Hospital - aya is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

This is a 91-day contract opportunity with a competitive estimated gross pay. The Registered Nurse will work 3 x 12-hour night shifts, with a shift duration of 19:00:00-07:00:00. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • Experience in critical care, preferably in a Neuro ICU setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
