About the RoleThis position involves assisting customers with their plumbing and heating needs, processing orders, advising on specific parts and products, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a technical understanding of the heating and plumbing field, be customer-service and sales-oriented, and have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
