About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional- Residential, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides residential support services to individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities. Your role will involve assisting residents with daily care routines, preparing meals, and accompanying them to appointments. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with residents to identify and achieve their goals, promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Valid NY driver's license
  • A good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role
