Buffet Host Job Description

Upshift is seeking a skilled Buffet Host to provide exceptional service to guests at various events, casinos, and restaurants. As a Buffet Host, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Ensure quality service by attending to guests' needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Book reservations using the company's reservation system

Physical Demands: This role requires frequent standing, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds, as well as occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. You should be able to see and hear well due to the dynamic nature of the restaurant, casino, or event environment.
