Job Summary:

ProMedica Health System is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Old Orchard. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Responsible for reading thermometers, charts, and testing equipment.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population, preferred.
  • Must have a valid and current LPN/LVN state license.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis.
