Quality Assurance Specialist for Suppliers

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Performance Improvement Engineer to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon. As a key member of our Supplier Quality group, you will be responsible for improving supplier performance, reducing defects, and enhancing overall quality.
Your primary focus will be on monitoring and managing suppliers, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to ensure high-quality products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve supplier performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support supplier qualification and assessment
- Conduct audits at domestic and international supplier locations
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
- Develop quality inspection plans and define critical characteristics
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or supplier performance improvement
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
