You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical mentor and trainer for team members and contractors, guiding them through applicable systems.
  • Oversee the management of the Centerline system, leading efforts to identify and establish key performance indicators and standards.
  • Utilize plant resources and maintenance support for all relevant improvement initiatives that require collaboration.
  • Coordinate focused improvement efforts involving all necessary personnel, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
  • Facilitate the identification and prioritization of loss reduction opportunities during Daily Direction Meetings.
  • Organize training and startup education for all improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders at various organizational levels, providing updates on improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the assessment of assigned Daily Management systems within the plant.
  • Develop manufacturing processes that meet specific consumer and market demands for new products while achieving quality and cost objectives.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Food, Biological Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to present effectively to leadership.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities, capable of defining issues, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions.
  • Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work independently.
