Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
