Position Summary:
The role encompasses technical and functional responsibilities pertaining to Quality assurance activities within project assignments and administrative tasks. This includes planning, organizing, interpreting, coordinating, and executing assignments related to the division or project.
This position may act as the Office Quality Manager for a Major Execution Office or the Project Quality Manager for medium to large-scale projects, as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels to maintain relationships with individuals and units both within and outside the department or project structures.
- Utilize decision-making authority and provide recommendations that significantly influence regional or business line Quality policies and programs.
- Serve as the Quality Representative for medium to large projects, if necessary.
- Develop project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the quality function, and audit reports (both internal and external), documenting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective actions.
- Contribute to the creation of an orientation program to ensure project teams are well-versed in the requirements of the Project Quality Plan, including other Quality-related matters as needed.
- Act as the lead Quality auditor, following up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
