Tact Staff is actively seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN specializing in Telemetry. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
- Previous experience in a Telemetry or Cardiac unit is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac medications and drips is essential.
Unit Details:
- The Telemetry unit consists of 30 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5-6:1.
