Banquet Setup Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Banquet Setup Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up banquets and meetings, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our kitchen and banquet wait-staff.

• Setup and Tear Down: Set up and tear down meeting and banquet rooms according to function sheets, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared for guests.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Organize and clean banquet storage, audiovisual areas, linen storage shelves, and the pop/beer cage, maintaining a spotless environment.
• Safety and Maintenance: Clean the beer cooler, back kitchen, banquet bars, and liquor storage rooms, assisting in keeping the property clean inside and out as assigned.
• Support Services: Assist kitchen and banquet wait-staff in serving banquets and set up meeting/banquet breaks, ensuring seamless execution.
• Light Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, including driving company vehicles to pick up or deliver items.
• Attention to Detail: Vacuum meeting and banquet rooms and replace light bulbs in meeting rooms, ensuring everything is perfect.

• A competitive estimated salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and location.
