Salary:$29.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Certification Specialist to support our site staff with compliance duties, audit preparation, and certifications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps, and a valid driver's license.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with LIHTC, HUD programs, USDA-Rural Development, HCD, HOME Funds, and Bonds
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree preferred
  • Affordable Housing/Tax Credit certification preferred (C3P, HCCP, HCP-E, COS, TCS, CPO, FHC, NAHP, NAHPe, SCHM, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and operable vehicle meeting FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
