Cinema Server

Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas is seeking a Cinema Server to join our team. As a Cinema Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of food service experience preferred.
• ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical for a cinema and can vary from moderate to high.
