Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Leader

Hallmark is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, ready to connect, and eager to return.

You will model and coach service and selling skills while helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions. Leading store associates when the Store Manager is not available, providing feedback along the way. Communicating daily priorities, goals, and business information, while maintaining a fun and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional consumer shopping experiences
  • Model and coach service and selling skills
  • Lead store associates when the Store Manager is not available
  • Communicate daily priorities, goals, and business information

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • One or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business
  • Availability to open and close the store 3+ times per week and 2+ weekend shifts per month

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $15-$16.50 and a variety of benefits, including a 40% shopping discount on merchandise purchased in a CSG store and local and national discounts made available by PerkSpot.
