Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with medically complex children and their families, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
