Job Overview

Compensation

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met professionally and efficiently.
  • Engage with clients to build strong relationships and make personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of salon facilities, including tanning rooms, lobby areas, restrooms, laundry, and storage spaces.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in an upbeat and fast-paced environment to achieve sales targets and uphold company policies.
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend at the waist to clean equipment, and lift or assist in lifting items.
