Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Scanner Operator and Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for operating an MRI scanner to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Imaging (75%)
    • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision or repeats.
    • Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications.
    • Prepare patients for MR procedures, explaining the process and providing support throughout.
    • Adjust scan parameters correctly and as needed.
    • Maintain positive relationships with radiologists, referring physicians, and other associates.
    • Follow physicians' orders precisely and conform to safety regulations.
    • Accurately maintain patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area promoting good safety habits.
