**Key Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Infrastructure Manager to lead our Rail Transit practice in the region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive local expertise and qualifications to grow our Rail Transit practice and develop and manage complex rail transit projects.

As a key member of our Transportation division, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging local expertise and qualifications to grow our Rail Transit practice in the region.
  • Developing and managing complex rail transit projects, including conceptual, preliminary, and final designs involving light rail transit, bus rapid transit, commuter rail, and intercity passenger rail improvements for assigned capital projects.
  • Leading and coordinating business development and client engagement activities for the full suite of STV services for clients such as SEPTA, NJ Transit, PATCO, and Amtrak.
  • Developing project scopes, fees, and schedules for design contracts.
  • Meeting with regional agency managers, departments, and senior staff to identify rail and transit project opportunities and the current needs of the agencies.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and twenty (20) years of satisfactory, full-time related experience in railway engineering and managing complex multidisciplinary railway projects, including at least three (3) years of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • PA and or NJ PE License, or licensed in another state and the ability to obtain a PA or NJ license within the first year is preferred.
  • Skilled in technical report writing and communication, including presenting to clients and the public.

Compensation:

$140,810.99 - $187,747.98 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
