Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Prioritize nursing actions to reflect patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
- Implement physician orders accurately and within established time frames.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues.
- Associate degree in nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Valid Registered Nursing license required.
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Prior experience working with wound care patients is preferred.
- Prior experience with billing and coding is a plus.
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends.
