**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Labor and Delivery and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as codes and rapid response teams.
  • Document patient care and progress in the medical record.

**Requirements:**

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery, preferably in a travel nursing setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds.
