Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT scans on pediatric patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Basic knowledge of picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) and radiology information systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
