Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to maintain and improve the quality of patient care.
- Respond to changes in patient condition, prioritizing care and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Current Florida Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
- Basic arrhythmia skill required prior to start in the unit, or critical care experience.
