Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remodeler to join our team at On Course Management, LLC. As a remodeler, you will be responsible for handling multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hanging Sheetrock and Finishing Techniques: Hang sheetrock, tape, bed, and texture in drag down texture to create smooth and even surfaces.
  • Painting and Coating: Apply paint and coatings to walls, ceilings, and trim to achieve a professional finish.
  • Electrical and Plumbing Services: Install, repair, and maintain electrical and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Remodeling and Renovation: Perform various remodeling tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, and flooring installation.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful project completion in various settings.
  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on timely completion and minimal disruptions.
