Job Description: In the role of Culinary Team Leader at With Others, you will be integral in the preparation and execution of our seasonal menu. Collaborating closely with the Chef de Cuisine and the kitchen brigade, you will ensure that every dish adheres to our exceptional standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Work efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health regulations
  • Assist with daily preparation and ingredient assembly
  • Guarantee food quality and consistency throughout service
