About This Role:

Modivcare is a leading provider of personalized care services, and we're seeking a compassionate Caregiver Professional to join our team. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders, to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment that promotes independence and dignity.
• Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
• Influence clients' quality of life by promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
• Work effectively in diverse client homes, respecting various personalities and behaviors.

Educational Requirements:

• A valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate is required.
