Job Title: Adjunct Faculty, Developmental Mathematics

InsideHigherEd is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty, Developmental Mathematics to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching college-level and college preparatory Mathematics courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach lecture and laboratory sections
  • Evaluate and advise students
  • Participate in departmental and College affairs
  • Develop curricula
  • Recruit students
  • Serve on committees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education or Statistics; or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 semester credit hours in Mathematics or Statistics including Calculus I or equivalent
  • All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
