Join ABS Kids as an Autism Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

About the Job:
As an Autism Specialist, you will work directly with clients in their homes, providing one-on-one support and behavioral therapy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and support to children with ASD, promoting social, emotional, and behavioral growth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating ABA principles and strategies
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records of progress, including data collection and reporting
