About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to serve our community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care, including medication management, wound care, and rehabilitation therapies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum six months' experience in an acute care setting, preferably in medical-surgical nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
