Job Description

As a Bartender at Fearless Restaurants, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests into our restaurants with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrating expertise in all steps of service, including beverage knowledge and mixology skills
  • Building knowledge of classic and creative cocktails, as well as wine and beer
  • Maintaining accurate knowledge of menu items and beverage programs
  • Deriving pleasure from providing genuine hospitality and creating a positive atmosphere
  • Demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail
  • Interpreting guest desires and bringing them to life in liquid form
  • Ability to change a keg and troubleshoot beer system issues
  • Ability to card all guests under 30 years old and maintain a safe and responsible environment
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
  • RAMP Certification
