About the Role

Campus Auxiliary Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Production Associate. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Work in various stations to prepare and serve food to our customers.
  • Dish Room Operations: Ensure that pots and pans are clean, dried, and put away, and that the dish room is clean and well-maintained.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Wash tables and chairs as needed, remove trash, and replenish napkins, silverware, and condiments.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stocking of items, follow FIFO rules, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Health and Safety: Have a general knowledge of health codes and policies, and follow them at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Skills: Customer service, interpersonal skills, oral communication, attendance, punctuality, dependability, sound judgment, and planning and organizational skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, lift 25 pounds occasionally, and occasional computer use.
