**Job Summary**

Channel Control Merchants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Count and manage cash drawers to ensure adequate change is available
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Operate all necessary equipment, including cash registers

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
