Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site expert consultation to Patient Care Services Staff in the Children's Hospital
- Teach and support staff to learn patient care skills that require additional education or training
- Assist staff in developing clinical skills and problem-solving in complex patient care situations
- Communicate effectively with the care team to reach consensual decisions in the best interest of the patient
- Current NYS Nursing license
- BSN preferred
- Pediatric/Critical Care certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of recent acute care clinical experience in Pediatrics
This role may require access to sensitive information, including HIPAA Protected Health Information. As a workforce member, you are expected to ensure that access to information is based on a 'need to know' and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties.
