We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Program Supervisor to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and therapy functions of our pediatric home health care services.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, develop, and lead multiple disciplines; OT, PT, ST. Serve as a resource person and role model to staff.
- Clinical Oversight: Understand and adhere to all applicable home health regulations and standards. Ensure that documentation is completed in accordance with Company policies.
- Referral and Staffing: Oversees referral, staffing, and care coordination.
- Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with physicians and parents to provide high quality care.
- Three years pediatric therapy experience and one-year home health experience preferred.
- Must be a PT or OT who is currently licensed to practice in this state.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile liability insurance, and have reliable transportation.
