  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is coordinated.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Experience in Healthcare: Preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required.
  • Ability to Lift 50 Pounds: Required.
